Career Work
Auburn Honors College
This page showcases the internship experiences that have shaped my path in public relations, marketing and communications. As a Marketing Intern for Auburn’s Honors College, I’ve developed campaigns, written feature stories and created digital content that highlights student voices and campus initiatives. My work in digital design for the College of Marketing and Journalism further strengthened my ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that support brand identity and audience engagement.
Together, these experiences have sharpened my skills in content creation, social media strategy and design, while reinforcing my passion for storytelling that connects communities and inspires meaningful engagement.

Internship
Aug 2025 – Dec 2025
The Auburn University Honors College provides high‑achieving students with opportunities to engage in advanced coursework, research and leadership development. It fosters a community of scholars who are committed to academic excellence, interdisciplinary learning and meaningful service.
As a Marketing Intern, I support the College’s communications strategy by creating digital content, managing social media platforms and developing campaigns that highlight student achievements and community initiatives. My role also includes writing feature stories, designing graphics and assisting with event promotion — all to strengthen the College’s brand and connect students to opportunities that enrich their Auburn experience.
Feature Stories
For each feature story, I led the process from start to finish: conducting interviews, writing and editing the final piece and publishing it on the Honors College website. After each story went live, I created accompanying social media content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook to broaden its reach and engage different audiences.
Take a look at my stories!

Highlighting my feature on Auburn alumnus Jack Janik, whose path from student to professional made for an inspiring story to tell. I handled the full process—from interviewing and writing to creating the social media rollout across platforms.

Sharing my feature on the Honors College Induction Ceremony, along with the collage-style carousel I created to showcase moments from both the ceremony and the Honors College tailgate held that same weekend.

I had the chance to tell the story of Rachel Dinkel, a nursing student who found meaningful opportunities through contracting in the Honors College. I wrote the feature and designed the social media post to share her perspective.

Sharing my feature on the Honors College study spaces, created to help current and incoming students discover the dedicated areas available to them. I interviewed students, wrote the story and captured the accompanying the photos.
Honors College Study Abroad Promotion: Content Strategy, Calendar, and Social Media Design
For this project, I created a full content calendar and outreach plan aimed at boosting engagement and commitment to the Honors College study abroad programs. I also designed multiple graphics for use across social media.
